Dear Bee Pollen by Athena, LLC customer...

Bee Pollen by Athena, LLC has been informed by our supplier, Zi Xiu Tang Success, LLC, that they have suspended sales and distribution for both Classic Zi Xiu Tang and Ultimate Formula. This is based solely on the stated findings of Zi Xiu Tang Success, LLC that the products contain an ingredient known as Sibutramine. Sibutramine is an appetite suppressant that was banned in the United States in 2010.

Bee Pollen by Athena, LLC had no prior knowledge of this ingredient and immediately suspended sales and distribution of these products. Zi Xiu Tang Success, LLC has initiated a Voluntary recall of affected product lot numbers. This recall is being carried out on the CONSUMER LEVEL. Bee Pollen by Athena, LLC is voluntarily participating in this recall.

We will be accepting Unopened, Unused product in the original box containing the above referenced lot numbers for a full refund. We will also accept Open, Unused product containing the above referenced lot numbers for a full refund with appropriate supporting documentation. (Proof of Purchase Example:PayPal Receipt)

Customers must ship product, along with appropriate supporting documentation, as necessary, to Bee Pollen by Athena, LLC. Please include the Return Form listed below with your returned product. To obtain a refund, Bee Pollen by Athena, LLC must receive the product on or before December 23, 2012. Customers may continue to return product to Bee Pollen by Athena, LLC under this recall after this date for proper handling but no refund will be issued.
