Classic Zi Xiu Tang has similar ingredients to Ultimate but is a milder supplement recommended for initial weight loss. It also contains Cassia and Senna and is not intended for long term use. It increases energy as well as helps to stabilize your metabolism. We recommend taking 2 capsules per day. Both can be taken upon waking or divided into two doses: one capsule upon waking and the other halfway through the day when many suffer from fatigue. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Zi Xiu Tang Extra Strength This is what we call our "maintenance" formula. Use this product if you have only a little weight to lose, or if Ultimate and Classic are too strong, or if you have been using the Ultimate Formula or Classic Zi Xiu Tang for three consecutive months. We recommend taking at least one full month of Extra Strength Zi Xiu Tang before returning to Ultimate Formula or Classic Zi Xiu Tang.
